Shipments:

Goods will be sent by express mail or TNT in European Community and  by  UPS worldwide, unless diferent agreement.

Prices doesn´t include handling and shipping charges.

Returns and repairs:

Xicoy Electrónica don´t will accept any returned materials or repairs unless previouslly agreed.

Xicoy Electrónica will not refund or swap any item erroneouslly ordered unless previous agreement. It is a choice of Xicoy Electronica to decide if a replacement/refund is aplicable in a items that are in good condition but not usable by the costumer intended setup. Used parts like soldered connectors and pumps will not be replaced/refunded. In the cases that Xicoy Electronica accept to swap/refund any item, all the shipping costs back and forth will be paid by the costumer.

All goods sold trough a dealer should be returned to the dealer for service.

Shipments from outside of the European Community should arrive with the appropiate customs documentation. Shipper is responsable of filling all paperwork. All charges and duties derived from customs process will be charged  to the costumer.

All shipments should contain a list with the contents of the shipment. It is reccomendable that the engines sent back for service come with ecu and pump. No need for other items unless suspect of malfunction. Please include a detailed description of the fault.

Warranty repairs

Xicoy Electrónica will repair or replace a defective item only after being returned and inspected to discard user caused faults. On items not manufactured by Xicoy Electronica SL. like thermocouples, pumps, bearings, etc, it could be necessary the inspection by the item manufacturer prior the repair/swap.

Xicoy Electrónica only will service his products in warranty from costumers who had purchased the goods directly to Xicoy Electrónica. Materials sold trough a dealer should be returned to the dealer, he will take care of the repair/replacement/shipment to factory.

Dealers are only obliged to support the goods sold by them.

All warranty repairs  should come with a copy of the invoice issued by Xicoy Electrónica.

IMPORTANT:

If the defective materials are part of a complete system (i.e. a engine), please contact to your supplier (i.e. the engine manufacturer) for support and warranty repair/replacement. Xicoy Electrónica will only honour the warranty of the products to the first purchaser.

Please contact to your dealer or to us before to ship to agree in the shipment conditions. This will save you some money and shorten the turnaround time.
