Shipments
The prices of the items don’t include handling
and shipping charges.
Returns and repairs
Xicoy Electrònica SL Electrónica SL don’t will
accept any returned
materials or repairs unless previously agreed. All the shipments of
returned
goods will be paid by the customer, including items under warranty
Xicoy Electrònica SL Electrónica SL will not
refund or swap any item
erroneously ordered unless previous agreement. It is a choice of Xicoy
Electrònica SL Electrònica SL to decide if a replacement/refund is
applicable
in an item that are in good condition but not usable by the costumer
intended
setup.
Items with signs of use like soldered
connectors and pumps will not be
replaced/refunded. In the cases that Xicoy Electrònica SL Electrònica
SL accept
to swap/refund any item, all the shipping costs back and forth will be
paid by
the costumer, if the item was bought under our "free shipping
program", the shipment costs of this particular shipment would not be
refunded. It is the responsibility of the buyer to order the correct
item, Xicoy
Electrònica SL staff can be contacted previously to clear all doubts
before
ordering.
Always it will be a restock fee of 15% to cover
the expenses of testing and cleaning the returned item, except on
"custom made" products, Xicoy Electrònica SL Electrònica SL cannot
refund an
item manufactured specially for a particular customer under his
specifications.
All goods sold through a dealer should be
returned to the dealer for
service, replacement or refund. Xicoy Electrònica SL will only refund
or
replace items purchased directly to Xicoy Electrònica SL.
Shipments from outside of the European
Community should arrive with the
appropriate customs documentation. Shipper is responsible of filling
all
paperwork. All charges and duties derived from customs process will be
charged
to the costumer.
All shipments should contain a list with the
contents of the shipment. It
is imperative that the engines sent back for service come with ecu and
pump. No need for other items unless suspect of
malfunction. Please include a
detailed description of the fault.
Warranty repairs
Xicoy Electrònica SL will repair or replace a
defective item only after
being returned and inspected to discard user caused faults. On items
not
manufactured by Xicoy Electrònica SL like thermocouples, pumps,
bearings, etc,
it could be necessary the inspection by the item manufacturer prior the
repair/swap.
Xicoy Electrònica SL only will service his
products in warranty from
costumers who had purchased the goods directly to Xicoy Electrònica SL
Materials sold through a dealer or engine
manufacturer should be returned
to the dealer, he will take care of the repair/replacement/shipment to
factory.
Dealers are only obliged to support the goods
sold by them.
All warranty repairs should come with a copy of
the invoice issued by Xicoy
Electrònica SL.
IMPORTANT!
If the defective materials are part of a
complete system (i.e., an engine),
please contact to your supplier (i.e., the engine manufacturer) for
support and
warranty repair/replacement. Xicoy Electrònica SL will only honour the
warranty
of the products to the first purchaser, the one who purchased to Xicoy
Electrònica SL.
Please contact to your dealer or to us before
to ship to agree in the
shipment conditions. This will save you some money and shorten the
turnaround
time.

the service you deserve,
